Ok, my knowledgeable friends. I'm trying to get back into yoga, but I can't find anything in the local Douglasville area, so I have to drive into town. Not being a morning person (and having no desire to sit in traffic in the AM) I think it'll have to be in the evenings. I did some web research and narrowed it down to 2 places: Yoga Samadhi and Jai Shanti Yoga. Anybody know these places or have other recommendations?

It is based on iyengar (sp?) yoga and has lots of relaxing supported poses for restoration, energizing, headaches, back issues, and immune boosting.
I picked it up yesterday evening and tried some of the poses today and man did they work, though my poor body is so very much stiffer than I realized!
