why?

I've got my job, my house, my boy, my animals, and my liscense. So why am I not jumping up and down squeeeeeing with happiness???

This end of residency thing sucks more and more every day, and I care less and less, not about the patients mind you but about all the scut work and kowtowing.

I so need a vacation and none will be forthcoming until Mid-June.
